I will commence my new business by open e-store for car accessories and entertainment system (www.myredbmw.com).  I will open it soon when I will complete its design and adding products and payment methods. In order to give a unique services and new idea to gain more customers I want to commence a unique installation services at costumer location. The advantage of this ides is that I don’t have to rent a workshop, also to give the costumer some flexibility. So I need you to be my pretender in this section to apple to provide the 2 years warranty for the hardware (if applicable) according to the following terms and conditions:

• The installation will be at the customer location or any location you agreed with the costumer.
• You have the all right to decide the installation cost, but it should be Reasonable and competitive.
• You have to provide all the necessary installation tools and fitting (for example socket, cable, extension cable, extension connection, male/female video connection) excluding the accessories (for example TV antenna, GPS antenna, remote control, software, …)
• Its up to your to set the instillation appointment according to your schedule and free time, and the customer will contact you by email to got an appointment.
• I will provide you an email address with (xxxx@myredbmw.com)
• You can provide a competent person to make the installation instead of you, and also it’s up to his free and suitable time.
• The installation charge will be pay direct from the customer.
• The installation must be provisional with high quality finishing. The cutting of video or audio cable will not be allowed (only socket to socket). Also the short cut installation is prohibited (for example cutting of the fuse boxes and direct installation is prohibited, it must be installed as it provided from the manufacture and according to manufacture instruction).
• You have to provide the necessary audio and video sockets and any power or audio / video cable required.
• The installation must not affect any of vehicle system. It’s recommended to take direct power from the vehicle battery.
• You have to refuse to work on the electrically damaged vehicle to avoid any trouble. Also you have to refuse the installation in cast you are not aware of the vehicle system (some complicated electric system in German vehicle).
• I have the right to observe your installation or provider third party to observe you.
• You have to test the hardware in front of the customer and he have to sign the submission sheet.
• In cast of customer warranty request, may I require your consultant to know the failure source or I have the right to consult a third party. If the failure from the installation you have to uninstall the hardware, replace / repair it with your charge and re-install it properly in provisional way with providing all the necessary and required fitting (with your charge). If the failure from the hardware itself or manufacture defect I will replace / repair it and I will pay you the un-installation and installation charge.
